Shipping
You have two ways to track your order:
Option 1: You will receive a tracking information link in an email with your order details
Option 2: Log into your account on your device, find the order you want to track, and click the tracking number. To view your order history, click the human icon at the top right of your screen.
Shipping times within Ontario vary between 2-5 business days.
Once we ship your order, you will receive an email with your order details, shipping confirmation, and tracking number. Please note that deliveries can be subject to
delays beyond our control.
What to Do First:
- Check your order tracking to confirm the delivery date and location. Make sure no one at the delivery address accepted the package on your behalf.
- Look around your door or delivery area to see if Canada Post left a collection slip, indicating that no one was available to receive the parcel. If so, you may need to pick it up at a local Canada Post kiosk.
- If you still can’t locate your package, click the “Let us know” link in your delivery email to notify Safe Direct for further investigation.
General
Order supplies before they run low. A general guideline is to reorder when you have about 3 boxes of gloves left or when your forms and other supplies are down to a two-week supply.
If you are having issues using the ordering portal, please reach out to the SafeDirectMS customer

If this happens, please send an email to purchasing@carepartners.ca with the item description, the quantity required, and what you require this item for. The procurement team will review your request and get back to you.
No. There is NO cost to you for use of the service, and you will not be required to enter any financial or credit card on the portal. If you are asked to enter a credit card, this means that you are not logged into your CarePartners account. Please
log into your account to place your order.
You can order up to one month’s supply to support your patient volume. If you need assistance determining the quantities to order, please reach out to your manager.
The best practice for order placement is bi-weekly or monthly, depending on your usage and quantities on hand.
If this happens, place your order. Then email info@safedirectms.com with your order confirmation
number and special instructions. Safe Direct will then do their best to expedite the shipment for Next Day Delivery.
The product catalogue has been linked to each employee’s role, meaning, if you are a CSW and you click on the Nursing product catalogue, you will receive an error message stating, “You don’t have access to this catalogue.”
